The sidecar cocktail with Hennessy is top notch. The drinks are well-crafted, the service is quick and the waiter was friendly. Probably my third time here and I’ve yet to be disappointed. It’s easy to order and pay from your table and the seats are very comfortable. Prices are a tad high but it’s well worth it. The preparation and presentation is similar to what you’d expect from a speakeasy.

Came here to get the first shot of the day before “the day in New York” for my best friend’s birthday! Loved the switching marque and how easy it was to access! Staff was also nice!

Had our quarterly team meeting in their private event space! The staff went above and beyond setting everything up. The cocktail selection impressed everyone, especially those signature Irish mules. Its rare to find such a perfect venue right in Penn Station - felt like we were somewhere fancy in Manhattan, not a transit hub!

The Margaret in Mexico is a must! Their expresso martinis are also delicious. Jacob is the best. Overall the service is a 10/10. The manager is also wonderful! The drinks are often quick and the staff is very attentive. Top notch and extremely surprising from a train station bar.

Some decent beers. At typical manhattan prices. (Price for a pint I can accept, what I can’t accept is a pint is 16oz not 20oz 🤯 insane!!) Anyway, what really got my goat way 1/2 the bar was roped off for a private event.

After watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade and getting soaked, we went to the Irish Exit in Penn Station for a drink. This is a very cool Irish Pub with great cocktails and craft beer on tap. I started off with an Irish Cawfee that hit the spot. For my second drink, I had a Guinness. Our bartender was so friendly and provided excellent service. The Irish Exit is a great place to grab a drink.

Stopped by for a casual dinner, and they exceeded my expectations. I ordered the Guinness Beef Stew, which was hearty and flavorful, perfect for a chilly evening. The staff was so friendly and made me feel like I was a regular even though it was my first time there. I’ll definitely be coming back—next time, I’ll have to try their whiskey selection!

Moynihan would be proud of this bar. Some of the best proper Guinness you’ll find in New York - and the full bar menu is (legally) available to-go. Guinness (un)surprisingly tastes great out of a coffee cup. 10/10 highly recommend sitting for a few pints at this bar, regardless of whether you are in transit or just in the neighborhood.

🫶🏻This is my favorite spot in Moynihan Train Hall Station. Every time a family member or friend visits, we have our first drink together here. Many wholesome memories have been shared over a pint of Guinness. The drinks are amazing, the staff ( specially Pedro) are very friendly and welcoming. I particularly love the travel tag you can fill out and leave at the bar. It’s like sharing a piece of you with New York City. I highly recommend it ✨

Irish Exit has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Midtown. The corned beef nachos were absolutely delicious, and I wasn’t expecting such quality pub food. Their draft beer selection is great, especially if you’re into IPAs or Irish brews. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between lively and laid-back, which makes it a great spot whether you’re hanging with friends or just grabbing a drink alone.

The drinks are good. The place is massive. It’s always clean every time I come. There’s lots of room. It can get busy during game nights. The furniture and decor are nice. Staff is always pleasant. If you’re going to Penn Station, this is the place to be.

This is the perfect blend of modern and traditional. The vibe is fantastic, with friendly staff and a great mix of locals and travelers. The happy hour deals are excellent, and the food is surprisingly good.. I’ll be making this a regular stop before heading home from the city.

Quick lunch stop turned into the highlight of my day! The bartender recommended their new sandwich special - absolutely nailed it. Love how easy it is to pop in from Hudson Yards for a proper meal without the typical midtown chaos.

We really enjoyed our 2 visits to the Irish Exit 2 weeks ago. The atmosphere was really good the drinks were great. Our outstanding bartender Peter went so far out of his way when he found my phone , he put in a safe and was more than happy to retrieve it and give it to me when we came back 2 day's later. He made us not only incredibly happy but reinforced our faith in man. Thank you again Peter, keep being a great bartender and a great man.

A truly fantastic bar in Moynihan that feels like more of a neighborhood haunt than a bar in the middle of a transportation facility. Staff is friendly and attentive, selection is abundant - with an exceptional cocktail menu - and everything is reasonably priced. Exit is a destination in and of itself, and a place I find myself returning to on the weekends.

Perfect Guinness, perfect cocktails and atmosphere. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I forgot I was in a busy train terminal for a second. They created something very special here ✨✨💚🧡, which is not surprising at all, considering that the Dead Rabbit team is behind this. The service is quick and bartenders are super hospitable. Mikey and Jacob, thank you!
