I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. When we arrived, we were informed that we would only have the table until 11 PM, which seemed strange, but we accepted it. Around 9:30, I decided to order a bottle of Moët and another bottle of rosé, bringing the total bill to over $700. After placing the order, we were suddenly told that we had to leave by 11 PM or pay for a nightlife table, which didn’t make any sense given that there were plenty of empty tables available. I asked the manager if anyone had specifically reserved our table after 11, and he couldn't answer me directly, only saying that if someone walked in and wanted our table, we'd have to give it up. This was bizarre considering no one had made a reservation, and there were many other open tables. He got frustrated with my question, which was frustrating in itself. Earlier, the waitress had told us we would simply be moved to another table, so it was confusing to be told we'd have to stand at the bar instead. What really rubbed me the wrong way was that we were there spending a lot of money, yet people sitting at tables with just a beer were allowed to stay. It felt like we were being rushed out while others were treated more fairly. Honestly, the service was frustrating, and the whole vibe felt very inconsiderate, especially after spending so much money. I won't be returning.

My favorite spot on the lower east side!! I love the views, indoor and outdoor space, and also the drinks are super good. Music is a whole vibe and I’ve always had an awesome experience. 10/10, highly recommend!!!

I visited on Jan. 6th for my best friend’s birthday. It was very rainy and cold day the place got packed as the night went on. The food was okay. We ordered the burgers and sweet potato waffle fries . The fries were so hard very uncomfortable to chew even with the dipping sauce. The drinks were good I mostly got cocktails. The staff from the front entrance to the waitress to the runner to the bar staff were superb. Everyone was so helpful. The DJ spun a lot of tunes that got my party and others in the room up to dance. Every time there was an empty dish or glass the runner was there to clear our area. The waitress checked on us as often even when it got busy. There is time slots which we weren’t aware of and eventually had to close our tab and exit. I had so much fun celebrating my best friend. Thank you for making the experience worth it.

The highlight room was the highlight of my trip to NYC. Non-stop entertainment from the team. DJ, dancers, bartenders, hosts, security - top tier. I was amazed at how organized they were and how smoothly they transitioned from one event and party to the next in just one night! Birthday celebration, billionaire toast party, company event, and a party space for people to enjoy the night into the sunrise!! The view of the city is breathtaking - worth the experience.

I’ve had The Highlight Room on my bucket list for a little while now and the hospitality I received yesterday, was A+ from EVERYONE I encountered. After a disaster of an afternoon and in attempt to save what was left of my birthday, I decided to give The Highlight Room a try since my husband and I were in the neighborhood. Being that we didn’t have a reservation, I figured that our chances were far and few but honestly I assumed that my day couldn’t get much worst. Upon arrival, the manager (I believe) overheard that it was my birthday and graciously instructed the front door staff to allow us in so that I can enjoy a drink or two. The front door team, bouncers at the elevators and our waitress were all extremely hospitable. The decor was absolutely beautiful, the bites were good and our cocktails amazing (we both opted for the NSFW). We visited during the early evening hours and right before the crowd which was a great time to enjoy the views and ambiance. Perfect for the vibe I was going for. Thank you all for saving my birthday! A little kindness will always go a long way.

Gorgeous place with incredible views of downtown and midtown. Drinks are surprisingly Delicious. Albeit expensive. Expect to pay around $27 for a cocktail including top

Really beautiful bar with an amazing view. Worth visiting! But the bar staff were just sullen and rude. Seemed more concerned with chatting to each other than serving us. The door staff were very lovely though! The dj/ music selection was super on point and set a great vibe.

Got to pay the Highlight Room a visit on a rainy Thursday night. At 6pm there wasn’t many folks around enjoying cocktails but after leaving shortly at 8, the bar was packed. Pictured is the NSFW pitcher along with some of views of the back patio that was open. It’s heated which is nice for colder nights and the views were very clear even with the rain. Service was fast and friendly. Even got a round of shots on the house after having our drinks which were pretty good. Overall, it’s a very nice rooftop bar with plenty of seating and most likely good vibes for warmer weather to come.

Love the ambiance of the place, the music was on point, the views from there are amazing, and the food and drinks are great! Totally recommend this place. If you can, make a reservation before hand to have a table, if not you can seat by the bar.
