I walked in to the bar for the first time and felt as welcomed as a regular! The hostess, Sara, was warm and friendly. Our waitress, Abbey, offered great service without ever being intrusive. This was important because we were there for the live music so somehow, we always felt well taken care of without ever feeling distracted. The drinks are creative, unique, and tasty. They still had the basics, so if you’re not feeling adventurous, you’ll still find your drink of choice. I recommend this place for a fun/romantic after-dinner spot. It was our wedding anniversary and they made us feel special. Who doesn’t love that?

Had a great time at this cozy bar! The drinks are quite unique, and although not the best you can come across, it’s still aesthetically pleasing and better than some other bars in the area. The live music was also lovely to listen to; it starts around 9 although advertised as 8:30.

Cool atmosphere, absolutely terrible service. Our server rarely checked on our table and acted annoyed when I finally flagged her for drinks. The couple next to us had to literally get up and find staff to get their bill. The drinks themselves were average to good. Place next door had better cheaper cocktails than this joint and way friendlier servers.

I absolutely loved, loved, loved Rosevale Cocktail Room. We celebrated my mother’s birthday there and everything was just what we needed and more! Thank you so much for an amazing experience.

Small but intimate room upstairs with expertly crafted cocktails and bites. Reservations recommended, although the staff did great accommodating me without one. Great company at the bar while listening to outstanding musicians.

Vibes immaculate, drinks good. My favorite part was probably the waitress who we saw only once, oh wait but maybe it was the drug deal between the bartender and wait staff when we had to get up to check ourselves out since the waitress was too high to come back. Probably wouldn't recommend…

The restaurant is fantastic! The food is delicious, and they offer a great 3-course dinner for $60. The rooftop provides great vibes and views, but the real gem is the second floor, where a live jazz band creates an amazing atmosphere. The cocktail room there is stunning, the cocktail menu is creative, and the drinks are incredible. A big shout-out to Emily, the bartender, who made my experience even more memorable with her friendly service and expert mixology!

I love here. The cocktails are pretty normal, but they have something like wine tasting, they called flight, I love those flights. And they don’t have any time limit for each table so we enjoyed a lot

Overall rating: 4.6 I’ve been trying to go here for a few months, and finally got the chance last weekend. Admittedly I saw a cool tiktok for an espresso martini showing the making of, & have been wanting to try it. It turns out, it was actually a fancy whiskey mulled cocktail with crème and Hershey. It was good, don’t get me wrong. But it was not how it was marketed in the video. It was one of the options for two at $50. We also ended up getting an espresso martini which was also good. I went on a date and that was the best setting. I was originally going to go with a friend but glad it didn’t work out. The place is so intimate! The one hesitation I have is I ideally want to sit at the bar, but there’s no option when making a reso. I think that seating is only for walk-in, but it would be nice to be able to sit at the bar. Also they had live jazz music which was soo good. With the two cocktails we had, the price was ~$71 ea 😳. Yeah, yeah, it’s a hotel. To be expected. I would be interested in coming back again. The area is HKish which is hard to find this setting.

It's like you landed in something from an old fashioned movie. Beautiful lounge with an amazing selection of drinks and vermouth, the latter is their specialty. It's comfortable, the jazz music volume still allows you to speak and doesn't overbear the conversation. It's intimate and a beautiful way to spend the evening.

Abbey was a wonderful server! She was friendly and had excellent suggestions. She was attentive and engaging. We will ask for her on our next visit! The atmosphere had an authentic NY vibe, and the jazz band was amazing!

Had a really great cocktail here, and the service was also really good, the host was lovely. However I was charged 11$ for water, and it wasnt really phrased as if no water was an option, I feel like most places give water for free when you choose still over sparkling. It turned grabbing a quick 15 dollar drink into a 30 dollar drink.

recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Rosevale. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this restaurant was not living up to its reputation or the photos online. Firstly, the pricing is exorbitant for what you get. Despite the high costs, the staff was not accommodating in the slightest. Our 3:30pm brunch reservation turned into a rushed affair because no one informed us that the bar and kitchen close at 4:00pm. It was frustrating and misleading to be seated for brunch only to find out that service was effectively ending as we were just beginning. The atmosphere was another letdown. The music was played through a poor-quality speaker, making it hard to enjoy our meal. Additionally, the decor in our dining room was nothing like the pictures we had seen online. It felt neglected and uninspired. To top it off, the service was terrible. Despite splitting the check, my sister was charged for the entire bill. When we brought this up with the manager, they refused to accommodate us or rectify the mistake. We were still hungry and hoping to order more food and drinks, but given the abrupt end to service and the manager’s unhelpful attitude, we decided to leave. Desperate for a better experience, we went to the Mexican restaurant next door. It was a night-and-day difference: the food was far superior, the service was excellent, and the prices were half of what we paid at Rosevale. To sum things up !!! , I would highly advise against dining at Rosevale. Save yourself the disappointment and head next door for a much better experience. In enclosed a picture of our tiny steak.

McKinsey(sorry if misspelled)at the front was nice. The waitresses were great people. The sliders was an excellent plate and my girlfriend really liked her drink. The Jazz performance was well worth it

Great upstairs cocktail bar with a terrace. Excellent selection of drinks with some small bites available too. I’m always stuck for where to go near midtown for not-too-crowded but elevated atmosphere - this is a great option.

I discovered the cocktail room by chance, and was very impressed by the creative and varied cocktail menu. The drinks are delicious (and strong!) Also wanted to say thanks to Abbey for always being friendly and welcoming!

We came for drinks. The live music was simply amazing. They were really good. It felt like you traveled in time. You come to have a drink, listen to live music and talk, all at the same time. The staff was really nice

The Cocktail Room is an enchanting spot atop Rosevale Kitchen, drawn by the unique cocktail menu. The ambiance was captivating, yet the bartender's aloofness slightly dimmed our enthusiasm for engaging conversation. Despite this, the venue's charm and the delicious cocktails would invite me to return again.
