Nice spot with live jazz tho I didn’t find them to be impressive in their song selections or presentation Food : tasted good ! But the server brought our drinks promptly n disappeared for eternity to come for our food orders Finally , the food came -toast came without butter, coffee came without sugar, scrambled eggs (no fried tomato extra bacon) came with fried tomato n no bacon There was too much of a pause n go as a result at no point did we have all components of our meal at the ideal temperature-killed the flow n the enthusiasm It’s a cute concept but without enough servers the customer experience is rough ! Restrooms: “inclusive” but I did not expect to witness a guy pulling up his fly as I washed my hands-nor did I anticipate having to reach behind his a** to drop my used papers towels in the trash can in the narrow sink galley 😱

Review: The place is really nice and well-located, making it convenient to visit. The ambiance is enjoyable, especially if you’re planning to stop by for drinks, as they serve good cocktails. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the poor service. The waiter was rude, ignored us multiple times, and gave the impression that he didn’t want to be there. As for the food, it was bland and far from spectacular—definitely not worth the price. Overall, it felt too expensive for the quality offered.

Overall rating: 4.7 Stumbled on this place on a Sunday afternoon & so happy I did. I loved the description in the menu and just got a cocktail to chill. The bartenders were very friendly and left me alone after serving. It was a very refreshing feeling! I can’t remember what I ordered but I liked it. I wish the spot wasn’t so far away from where I live (near prospect park). But will definitely be going again if I’m in the area. Would love to try the place at night!

We hosted a private event at Madam Mikette’s and it was absolutely perfect! The event space is beautifully designed with a cozy yet stylish ambiance, ideal for any gathering. The food was incredible—each dish was delicious and artfully presented. The staff was attentive, professional, and made sure every detail was flawless. Whether you’re planning a celebration or corporate event, Madam Mikette’s private area is the perfect venue. Highly recommend!

Madam Mikettes 987 Second Avenue Wow! What a gem on Second Avenue (between 52nd and 53rd)! It’s a must stop in Midtown East! And cocktails and good vibes are served until 4am! The cocktail menu is so so original! I personally love the “Strange interlude”! I won’t be a stranger at Madam Mikettes! The food menu is so creative and original. My group and I loved the East Coast Oysters. So fresh and chilled! Beautiful! Also the seafood tacos with fresh hake are magnificent! If you love burgers The Madam Burger is tremendous! And the upstairs space is so beautiful and I will be booking an event there to ring in Spring with my coworkers, friends or both! It is so spacious and comfortable! Give it a look! The staff from when I entered to the bartenders was top shelf and so approachable and courteous! I have my new local restaurant and cocktail go to! Give it a go and you will feel the same! Sat at the bar for cocktails. I tried out one of their spirit on spirit signatures and loved it. When you can work sherry into a cocktail you have me on board. Also went for some classics and was not disappointed. Good balance and well made. Nice ambiance as well makes this a great date spot.

Quiet on New Year’s day with creative cocktails and solid Australian wine from Barossa valley. Lights were not too dim and music not too loud. Loved the cozy decor with decorated walls. Would definitely come again!

Hollywood Smile Photo Booth review : cozy restaurant/bar with delicious food. We worked here on the second floor for a wedding reception. Photo Booth was a great addition to the wedding.

Decent food and fine drinks. The back area is so loud, it was tough to hear the person across the table from me. Biggest drawback was very slow and inattentive service. The server was very nice and maybe they were understaffed, but it was tough to get his attention. It took nearly 3 hours to get 2 drinks, an entree, and a dessert. The front area seemed better so ask to sit there if you can.

I love the happy hour here! The crowd is always fun, bartenders know their stuff and make a mean whisky sour 😍 I also find the whole brand story of the place really cool, you can read it in the pictures!

Randomly searching for a bar nearby and was pulled towards this place with its interesting story. I invited an associate as surprise as I knew they would love it. It is a great and cozy bar. I loved the bartenders: Carl and Sean. They both gave great suggestions for cocktails and we're so attentive-- even when their bar became full. People were so nice! It felt like this awesome, beautiful neighborhood bar that was a secret but also not. The clientele was so eclectic. Parents from nearby, members of the orchestra, professors and accountants, even a couple grad students... It has positively enhanced my thoughts of nightlife in New York. The decor is lovely. They are so many spaces to sit and to change the mood. I love the open front window. I definitely recommend this place.

Mother is in town. We fancied a cocktail. This place had cocktails, as it turns out. I ordered then enjoyed an aviation. It was pretty yummy. Maybe i was expecting more? but there weren’t any identifiable downfalls.

Graham the bartender helped us & waited our table. He was fantastic, made good recommendations & kept the delicious cocktails coming. Great servers make or break a restaurant experience. Graham was funny, polite & so welcoming. The brunch was also delicious. Try the avocado toast or steak & eggs. You can’t go wrong with this very cool, inviting tavern.

I had a wonderful experience hosting a party here. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us -- they were all so nice and helpful. They even volunteered to store and cut our cakes for us. I would definitely recommend hosting an event at Madam Mikette's!

The best hidden gem in new York city for hosting a large private party! We hosted our engagement party at Madam Mikette’s for around 110 guests in their gorgeous upstairs space, and I honestly can’t imagine a better experience. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The space is stunning — warm, stylish, and so spacious (it could easily hold 200+ people without feeling crowded). Mary and the bartenders were incredible — accommodating, kind, and so thoughtful in working within our budget without compromising on anything. The food and drinks were incredible and reasonably priced. Our guests couldn’t stop raving, and we’re still getting compliments weeks later. If you’re looking for a spot to host a private event that people will remember forever, this is the place. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

Drinks were great! Good, prompt service. Would recommend making a reservation and sitting at a table because the bar area looked very crowded. Also it was quite loud. We were basically yelling at each other even though we weren't that close to the crowded bar area.
