Customer service is very important in my business. On this particular day, I happened to walk into Lucky’s. I know I’ve been there before on a late night when it was jampacked, but I’ve never been there to eat. The chicken wings I got in this place—oh man, they were amazing! The young lady who was the bartender did an excellent job. That’s why I posted her picture; she gave me the best customer service, made me feel very comfortable, suggested some good drinks, and also recommended the chicken wings. I will definitely come back and visit. Definitely a place to check out if you're in town or in the area. Yeah, check out Lucky’s!

So we got some wings and cocktails and they were quite good but the best part is the vibe. We came on a Saturday night last summer and dr Gregory Wilson kept it lit and out in the street with the vibes. Loved that night I had there and would definitely be back. Food is more average wings and fries.

Would recommend! The hospitality at this restaurant amazed me. The servers and the bartender were well deserved of their tip! The bartender, gave my sister and I free shots! He took his time to recommend a drink (Knock on Wood) based on my taste preferences, and he was spot on! Music was chill and not too loud. The fried chicken has this very tasty dry seasoning on them. Crispy and delicious! The dusted/seasoned fries are so good! Lucky’s sauce is amazing paired with anything! Attached is pictures and the receipt (for two) to give an idea of what to expect. Give this place a try, and enjoy!

An establishment of such should have more than 1 waitress. It wasn't until 5 pm that another waitress came to assist. As result, the service was poor and unacceptable. It was hot! The menu which was printed on plain paper, was wet and in terrible condition. Even the ink was bleeding on the paper. We waited a very long time to get serviced. I watched numerous people come and leave because the wait was extremely long. If we weren't honest people, we could have left without payment because no one attended to us for an hour, and they wouldn't have noticed. We waited 2 1/2 hours to have our table cleared and the napkins never came. The DJ was great and the food was okay. Would I come back? Absolutely not! Would I recommend others? No! Customers service matters and this isn't it. If the owner doesn't attend to these issues, it will be the downfall of the this establishment.

Found out about this place and wanted to check it out. I was more intrigued since it was a black woman owned. I arrived early because I know it can fill up quickly. The bartender was wearing many hats. She was the bartender, host, and server. She was on point. She made very good drinks. I had the sliders and cauliflower arancini(I didn't know what it was, but it was good). On my way out, I found out that the bartender with multiple roles was Lucky.

Place is small and was really crowded by time I got there after work on a Thursday. They tried to utilize all the space but by the door definitely needs to have more room for entering and exiting. The server was nice and even though it seemed like she was the only one, food and drinks didn’t take long. Food and drinks was good. The fries Was really good. Wouldn’t mind trying out the spot again.

This is the ONLY place I will grab a lemon drop with Vodka from. I had regular lemon drops and pomegranate lemon drop. 😊. Food wise: Wings, shrimp and truffle fries are A1. They slap every time. Adrienne was the bestest— very attentive and had a great personality. I’ll definitely be back.

So today was the start of my Black owned lounge tour in Brooklyn an Lucky’s was my first choice. So let me tell you I was pleased from the door. The welcome and the atmosphere was on point. The waitress was kind and very pleasant. We was seated and served in no time. As for the food let’s just say we had double portions of those wings and catfish strips.The beef sliders was was popping as well. Let’s not forget that’s that special Lucky sauce. That I put on everything I had. Even the Drinks was worth getting serval rounds. Yes Lucky’s get my vote any day. At the end I found out the waitress herself was the owner herself my hat goes off to you young lady well done.keep doing what you do. You can best to believe I will be back again real soon. I have to try Brunch. Thanks again Lucky Lounge and staff. I truly appreciate you. Try Lucky’s for that special or fun moment you want be disappointed

Recently I celebrated my birthday here and this place was amazing. Super accommodating, great food and a really good vibe. I loved the bartender and dj. Definitely will visit again. Thanks to the whole team at Lucky's and Lucky herself.
