I had my engagement party at Hidden Lane during the day on a Saturday and WOW is all I can say. It was SUCH an incredible space. The back garden is adorable, the drinks were amazing, the bartenders were so sweet, and the ambiance was a 10/10. They were so flexible from the moment I first called them and allowed us to either have a bar tab minimum of our choice, an open bar, or have our guests pay per drink. They ended up letting us have the space for longer than expected which was a very exciting plus. All in all, if you are thinking about having a private event here (ESPECIALLY during the day), I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Our guests couldn’t get over how incredible the space was!

This place really is a hidden gem! At first it’s a regular bar but their back patio is so cute! It doesn’t feel crowded / crazy - you can actually hang out and have a good conversation. We got a few drinks and sat their for hours. Would highly recommend!

Love this bar! The happy hour is until 8 and we first ordered peanut butter espresso martini and spicy margarita which were so tasty and had to order another round which were yuzu high ball and another spicy margarita! The list of drinks are so creative and just makes you want to try all of them. I appreciated a high ball section in the menu. The second floor looked like you can host private parties. 4/5 Antidote- smooth, nothing too distinct on the palate 4.5/5 Spicy Margarita -- really enjoyed these! We ordered a second round! No table service here, but there is bar seating along with a couple tables in the back as well as in the courtyard outside

Hidden Lane is New York's newest hidden gem, and my recent visit left me thoroughly impressed. I tried the Espresso martinis – both the regular and the chocolate one, and they were absolutely phenomenal. The chocolate variant had a perfectly balanced sweetness that pleasantly surprised me. The bar's bi-level setup, lounge, and outdoor garden create an ideal entertaining space with a touch of old New York charm. The picturesque garden, illuminated by lit-up trees, adds to the ambiance. The recent renovations with barn-wood paneling and white brick, along with ornate brass accents, showcase attention to detail. The upstairs lounge features cozy seating, a fireplace, and a separate bar area. Steps away from Gramercy Park, Hidden Lane offers a delightful escape. The bar's extended hours, open until midnight on weekdays and 2 am on weekends, cater to various preferences. Whether you're sipping a margarita on the garden patio in the summer or enjoying a hot toddy in December, Hidden Lane provides an intimate venue year-round. The versatility of the space makes it suitable for after-work hangouts, corporate events, birthdays, happy hours, networking events, and private parties. We had a fantastic time here! My spouse and I booked it for an after-party for our wedding and it was so nice to have the private space where our attendees could hang out with us. The staff were super helpful and responsive throughout. It was a great value and reasonably priced with great drinks. Highly recommend for any function!

Popped in here for the first time and was blown away by the cocktails!! The espresso martini selection was amazing. They definitely have a fun drink for everyone!! I can't wait to go back when it's warmer out and enjoy the backyard they have!!
