Fabrika is a must-visit! The calamari and sliders were absolutely mouthwatering—crispy, tender, and packed with flavor. Their creative sushi and drinks were fresh and refreshing. The ambiance was trendy yet cozy, and the staff made the experience even better with their attentive service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something delicious and different! 5/5

Went here for a girl’s night Bday Dinner. It was a little smaller than expected but loved everything about it From atmosphere, food and drinks presentation to the tasty well seasoned food. Our host Camila was very friendly and on point. We loved how the DJ switched up the music a bit from Spanish to Jamaican he added flavor to the night. Would recommend!

Beautiful decor and ambiance. Happy hour drinks served in tall glasses that didn’t skimp on alcohol. I ordered the Octopus and it was tender, grilled to perfection and a substantial portion. My fiancé had the skirt steak and it was delicious. We also ordered the picada as a starter and the avocado crema sauce on the side was yummy as well. Basically, everything was great and did not disappoint! We went at 5pm on a Wednesday night so we were able to enjoy a practically empty restaurant just like we like.

We did the prefix and it was the best idea, the food it’s incredible, the vibes are immaculate, the drinks are so good but the services it’s out of this world, our server Camila was outstanding, she was so incredibly helpful and nice, attentive, definitely would be back soon.

Food was absolutely delicious cooked to perfection, even though it’s a small place it’s was a great vibe music was not to loud where you couldn’t hear your table talking. Service was excellent and drinks delicious highly recommend this restaurant!!

I celebrated my birthday here and it was amazing!!! Everything from the decorations to atmosphere and ambiance is excellent!!! The dj played great music, my drinks and food were delicious and it was such a vibe. Our server Matthew was absolutely wonderful! If you come here you will not regret it!

Drinks were amazing as well as service. I enjoyed the atmosphere, I just think the volume could have been a bit less noisy considering it is a small space. Food overall is very tasty, we loved the way the oysters were served. The acevichado roll was out of this world as well as the rock shrimp tempura roll. I believe Incredible roll can be improved taste wise, it wasn't as flavorful. We will definitely be back for more drinks and oysters in the future 🫶🏼☺️

The food and overall dining experience were enjoyable, but the service was a major letdown. The waitstaff’s poor attitudes significantly detracted from the meal which makes me hesitant to return or give more than 3 ⭐️. From the moment we arrived, the interaction felt rushed and transactional. The waiters didn’t bother to provide any highlights or recommendations from the menu, nor did they inquire if we had dined there before. It felt as though their sole focus was to hurry us in and out, which made the experience feel impersonal and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, there was a frustrating incident with our dessert order. We informed our waiter that we wanted dessert, but she apparently didn’t hear us and failed to place the order. Later, another waiter came over to tell us we hadn’t ordered dessert, and then our original waiter returned to repeat the same point. By then, it felt pointless to dwell on whose fault it was. What mattered was that we didn’t have the dessert we clearly wanted. Instead of simply resolving the issue by taking the order, the staff seemed more focused on assigning blame, which came across as unprofessional and unnecessary. While the food was good, the lack of attentiveness and poor attitudes from the waitstaff overshadowed the experience. The wait staff should be trained on customer service, especially when gratiutity is automatically included in the check.

this was my first time at this restaurant, and I can say that I was not at all disappointing! if I would have to say something negative about the restaurant, the only thing that I can think of to say is that the place is small, but I don’t even feel like that’s a negative knowing that they only been open for three years and I feel like giving them about two more years they will be able to expand and get a bigger place! But besides that from the food to the service to the atmosphere was a 10 out of 10! My son tried the octopus as his main course because my son is an octopus lover, and I had a piece of his octopus and when I tell you, it probably was the most tender octopus I’ve ever had. I also enjoy octopus, but I don’t order it because not everybody knows how to make it.! They are on the Price side, but understand that the price match the quality of the dish that you are getting! I honestly forgot my service name and I am so mad at myself for that but I came in there at 11 PM on November 23 and she was a young lady and she was phenomenal 10 out of 10 to her! She was attentive her recommendations was great and also she made jokes with us and everything! I don’t feel like there was really ever a time I needed her to be there and she wasn’t there. She constantly came back to check on us to clear our table to make sure that we didn’t need or want anything else! I love the fact that, although this is a Spanish restaurant, they played a variety of music! So let’s just say if they play 2 to 3 Spanish songs, it will follow up with the reggae song or a R&B song. I love that I love that variety and even their dishes a lot of Caribbean or Asian influenced in the Spanish dish and I also love that.! Overall, I would definitely go back to this place. I’m honestly shocked that they don’t have more traffic! 10/10 5 starz! I hope they are able to maintain their amazing reputation and they will definitely see me and my peoples back there!! oh, last, but not least we are so used to going to restaurants that water down their drinks so much that after the first drink, we had there we were surprised that we had to take a second before we was able to order another drink or even take the shots that we ordered and after we took the shots, we had to wait two seconds and let it hit us that you’re actually getting the alcohol for the money that you’re paying!

Absolutely no regrets having my Birthday Dinner at Fabrika! It was a Tuesday, 7:30PM and my friend and I were immediately greeted at the front by our server, Carlos. My friend and I ordered: Drinks: Moonwalk (amazing presentation and taste), La Patrona, and Blue Lagoon. All the drinks were delicious, had a good amount of alcohol and were crafted beautifully. Shout out to the bartender, Robinson! For appetizers and sushi: Fritto Mixto (perfectly fried seafood), and Acevichado Roll. At first I thought the roll would be sweet because of the mango and apple but the acevichado sauce balanced out everything and the roll was simply delicious. I’ve never tasted anything like it and I love eating sushi rolls. Very unique. For entrees: My friend ordered the french cut chicken breast, which looked so good. I ordered the skirt steak that comes with a side of fries and I asked for a side of mashed potatoes. My entree was cooked perfectly to my request (medium) and it was delectable. The portion size for all the orders were just right. The night ended with a serving of a unique dessert called mango passion fruit mousse which came on a love boat with a Happy Birthday sign, along with a birthday song and message board which came so unexpectedly. It was more than what I could ask for. The highlight of my Birthday dinner was EVERYTHING! I haven’t received such amazing service like this from drinks, food and attentiveness in a while. Shout out to the staff: Carlos was attentive, accommodating and extremely kind and was more than willing to take our photos by the gorgeous flowery hallway at the back of the restaurant. Robinson also took care of us and gave us birthday shots. I hope this place continues to serve its patrons with hospitality and amazing food and drinks. This is truly what will set you guys apart from other restaurants who charge so much money for subpar food and service. Highly recommend this place and I can’t wait to go back! (They also have happy hour)!

Absolutely love this beautiful restaurant. I was taken her on a date, Robin was the best host ever attentive and pleasant. The atmosphere was to die for … incredible food!!!!! An absolutely amazing experience overall…. I can’t wait to go back and try some more of the dishes.

The place is beautiful but very, very small. The pictures on social media are very deceiving about the size of the place. The staff was great. Overall, I had a good time.

Went on a Thursday, and it was Kareoke night! It was fun and engaging. Fabrika is intimate and inviting. The food was 10/10- everything tasted so fresh and flavorful! The drinks did not disappoint either. I would highly recommend this place.

First and foremost, the decoration is beautiful. However, the service is terrible, and the waitresses are really impolite. I was taking photos with my date when she instructed us to stop so that her friends could take photos (keep in mind that they were there a long time ago and we only had a minute to take photos). The dish was a 7/10 because there was a small portion and it was very expensive. The place is really small, and they hustle you to eat because it is crowded and others are waiting outside. I would not recommend this restaurant; except if you want to shoot pictures and drink cocktails.

Carlos was very accommodating to fitting in my large group last minute- 1 week. Atmosphere was fun and inviting. Food was delicious but mostly all fried but had good flavors. Highly recommend if you want a fun evening out!

Came here for my birthday, since i entered the waiter was extremely kind and patient. Restaurant vibe was very trendy/ instagrammable decorations, very beautiful flower wall towards the restroom area. The cocktail menu was quite lengthy offering drink options for everyone’s taste. Now, I was shocked when our drinks came in, such a fun and new way to have a drink it was definitely picture worthy. We decided to order sushi boats and they did NOT disappoint. Sushi was amazing and a good portion while the presentation was jaw dropping. This place deserves more recognition for sure.
