I was looking for a bar just like this one! Super cozy atmosphere and great cocktail selection, they also made and amazing South Side and Espresso Martini. The food was amazing!! We went on a Martini-Monday and prices were good (: I’ve been thinking all week about going again!

I had the roast beef dinner which they specially served as it was off the menu due to the timing but the lovely waitress requested with the kitchen and they were very nice to make the dinner. Lovely meal but the gravy has a little different kick and not agreeable with me. Unfortunately I misread the dissent menu and asked for the Tiramisu at $12 as I was curious to the taste it … it’s unfortunately a Tiramisu Brownie, rock hard brownie with cream on top. It’s unfortunately not the Tiramisu Nick Hornby the writer wrote about “To put this achievement in context: this is like one guy coming up with the Theory of Relativity, King Lear and Sgt Pepper, all at once.” The restaurant itself has wonderful amusing images surrounding the establishment with great bar and wonderful service.

Stumbling upon Bartley Dunne’s on our first trip to NYC felt like striking gold—especially since it was right across from our hotel. From the first sip to the last bite, this place exceeded expectations. Let’s talk cocktails: hands down, the best Espresso Martini and Old Fashioned we've ever had. Perfectly balanced, smooth, and dangerously good. Conner, our bartender, was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and spot-on with recommendations. Food? Just as impressive. My French Dip was rich, savory, and packed with flavor, while my wife’s Chicken Sandwich hit that perfect crispy-juicy balance. Generous portions, killer drinks, and service that makes you feel like a regular. I am sure NYC is full of spots to grab a drink, but Bartley Dunne’s is one we’ll be talking about long after we leave.

Nice little spot. Came for the disco brunch but apparently Fernando’s was closed we had to stay upstairs in Bartley Dunnes for brunch. The food was great. We had for cinnamon bun French toast, avacado toast, and eggs Benny. The Thai wings were okay, could have been more flavorful but overall, a great brunch spot. also, whatever you do please get the only fans drink. It was honestly the best cocktail I’ve had ever.

It's a nice brunch spot when in NYC. The salted caramel cold brew is where it's at...make sure to get yourself a glass! I had the biscuits and gravy, quite delicious! There was a lot of food, so come hungry!

Amanda was amazing. She was made sure we were taken care of and her attitude really prompted me to stay longer and order more. She is like no other waitress. Love her and will come back for her amazing service

Update...was finally able to try Bartley Dunnes. The food was great, the service at the bar was excellent, and the renovation of the restaurant was done beautifully. I'll definitely be returning!... I've eaten here a number of times under the old ownership and had always had good experiences. Stopped by the other day to try the new spot out for lunch, but unfortunately, the restaurant was closed at the time. The renovation from the outside looking in appears to have come out great. Looks like a nice, sophisticated place to have some pub food and drinks. I can't wait to try this new establishment, I'll be back!

My friends and I came for the “girl dinner” special: $30 bottomless cocktails with the purchase of 2 tapas or 1 entree. We got the chimichurri steak, truffle mac balls & fried pork dumplings. The steak was very tender but lacking actual chimichurri sauce. The bottomless cocktail menu was also a bit meh, there’s 5 drink options and 2 are spritz. The gin bramble was the best drink.

This place is truly UNFORGETTABLE ! Service, atmosphere, and drinks selection , all contribute to make this a great place! The music playing was at the perfect tempo. The buffalo chicken slider was all about bold tanginess, and the salt bae cafe was so textured. The commercial art on the walls looked really interesting.

Nice midtown bar. Met a client for cocktails and we sat in the back. It was nice, but the prices are a couple of dollars too high for a midtown cocktail. Service was a little slow, but the server herself was a gem. I will probably return when coming for business.

If you're ever in the mood for one of the best steak dinners ever and a good time, Bartley Dunne's is a MUST!!! I was dancing from the second I sat down until I finally left. The restaurant is beautiful, with a very lively atmosphere, delicious food, tasty drinks, and great options that ensure you get your money's worth. I had their girl dinner offer, which gives you bottomless drinks (choice of 6) for 90 minutes for $30 with the purchase of 1 main dish or 2 appetizers. I had their steak frites as my main dish, and it was easily the best steak I've had in NYC. The cracked peppercorn brandy sauce was absolute perfection, and the fries were delicious and well seasoned!! This has definitely been added to my favorite spots!! And I can't wait to visit them for their Bottomless Brunch and Martini Monday!!!

This is a must check out spot in midtown! We happened upon it by accident and we were so pleasantly surprised and happy we ended up there. Food was yummy, best espresso martini I’ve ever had, and all the staff including the bartender were so sweet. Please check out this great pub! Can’t forget to mention their Christmas decor was super cute and they have happy hour and brunch deals!
